Mission Motivators-School of Missions started its operation for the Advance Training 2014 on September 8 with 13 students which include 1 Indonesian and 12 Filipinos from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Diverse as they are but they all came with one goal in their lives- that is to answer God’s call and be equipped for the furtherance of His Kingdom.
This year’s Advance Training, the administration prepared a variety of practicum that is very helpful for the students to prepare for their mission field someday. Church planting, discipleship, Muslim community service, and campus ministry incorporating English tutorial are the ministries they will be focusing with.
Other activities include daily morning devotion, prayer after classes in the morning,
challenge for missions through short film, chapel hour, students’ night, cultural night, fun night and many others which will help them to develop their spiritual gifts and ignite their passion for the lost. Classes will be taught by different resource speakers from different parts of the word and around the Philippines.
This batch, we are glad to have with us our team from Mongolia- Mdm Arlyn, Mdme. Louie and Sir Roggie who willingly extend their help as they are waiting for their visa to go back to Mongolia. We also have Mdm. Cherilyn, Sir Kim Lloyd and Mdm. Donna (Indonesia) as part of the training team.

Late last month, my wife and I traveled to “L” country to follow up our missionaries, Bro. Dan, and Bro. Sam, who were sent out 3 months ago.

The main focus of the visit was to encourage and to give guidance to our new missionaries as well as to survey the land to identify other strategies that might be applicable there.
During our stay we met key leaders of underground churches. One of them is the president of the Q College in that city. I can’t mention details at this time for security and safety reasons of our contacts. We made an agreement to work together as partners to train Christian leaders. Next year we will have our first “L” students who will enroll in the School of Missions in Samal, Philippines to be trained. Then we will establish a School of Missions inside of Q college campus secretly with our missionaries to raise more leaders in “L” country.

As you know, we had focused in Cambodia missions last 10 years. Now our project is moving toward to “L” missions. Thank God that we also had opportunity to meet an owner of 3 hotels, recently became a Christian. The owner also agreed to partner with us, for MM to manage the hotels through our missionaries. These hotels will be our mission base to conduct secret Bible studies and disciple making. Now we have a wide open door to send more missionaries though these hotels. At least 2 more missionaries will be send out this year and more will follow next year. Praise the Lord for what He has done and for what He is doing. Pray with us for the “L” Missions!

It has been 14 years of God’s faithfulness in our family-Mission Motivators-School of Missions. Last July 25-26, we celebrated with gladness, we savored His grace to us, we enjoyed each other’s company and we were united as one. Different batches came to grace our celebration. The batches with representatives are batch 8, 11, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, and the current batch 23. We were encouraged and inspired with the testimonies of our alumni, we were blessed to meet each other from different batches, we were fired up to continue running the race that has set before us and we were challenged with the messages given to us by our leaders.

Moreover, everybody wasgrateful for what God has done to them through Mission Motivators- School of Missions. The inspiring lives of the alumni serve as a living testimony of the wholistic and effective training they had acquired. As we celebrate these 14 years of God’s faithfulness and love to us as a family, we also organized for the first time our alumni association with the main goal to mobilize and get connected with the previous graduates.
