Mission Motivators is more than a place of learning — it is a place of preparation and transformation. It is a training ground where future missionaries are molded, equipped, and empowered to proclaim the whole gospel and become effective harvesters of souls for the nations. I praise the Lord for calling me in such a time as this — to be His instrument in training missionaries whose hearts burn for the massive harvest of souls and for revival in the body of Christ.

Over the past three years, serving as a Kitchen Supervisor has been a life-changing journey. Through this role, God has taught me precious lessons that continue to shape my character and prepare me for greater assignments ahead. The three most important lessons I’ve learned are the power of prayer, the importance of endurance, and the value of commitment.
Prayer has been my lifeline — it has strengthened me through trials and deepened my love for God.
Endurance has taught me to stay focused, even when challenges arise, trusting that every test builds faith and perseverance.
And commitment — though often tested — has become my breakthrough. After facing health challenges and surrendering everything back to God, He renewed my purpose and passion to serve Him wholeheartedly.
When I began my service on November 1, 2021, I thought being a kitchen supervisor would be simple. But I soon realized that leadership — whether physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual — carries great responsibility. This journey has stretched me to go beyond my comfort zone, to lead by example, and to develop self-discipline and compassion.
Through this season, I’ve seen God’s favor poured out through His grace, mercy, and love. He has spared me from distractions, redirected my path, and aligned my heart to His will. Working in this department has shaped my character and strengthened my relationships with others in the body of Christ. It pushed me out of my shell and taught me that the kitchen is not just a workplace — it is a ministry field.
Here at Mission Motivators, God taught me to be both compassionate and passionate — especially in interceding for the nations. My prayer is that the Lord will raise more intercessors with hearts willing to bend their knees and cry out for the salvation of nations where Christ is not yet known.
As Jesus said in Matthew 9:38,
“Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field.”
So let us GO and preach His Word!
It is my joy and honor to serve God and His people — even in the kitchen. Every task, big or small, becomes an act of worship when done in love. God continues to teach me to be strong and courageous, to serve out of gratitude and not obligation, and to fulfill my purpose with joy.
Now, I look forward with excitement to what God will do next. My constant prayer is that people will see Jesus reflected in my life.
