Batch 21st Mission Exposure in Banganga, Cateel and New Bataan was indeed victorious in Jesus’ name. With their 3-weeks in the field, the team experienced different kinds of situations (trials, obstacles, and sickness). One thing they learned is when God is leading them to go, He truly provides and never abandons us. Applying what they have learned from four months training was such a great help in the field.
The team, 6 staff and 11 students used their gifts, skills and talents for the glory of God. They had gospel presentations such as skits, dramas, giving personal testimonies and vision casting. They also had feeding programs, campus ministry, house to house evangelism and community service.
Vast Harvest of souls happened; church restoration, healing miracles and bearing of much fruit. The people responded to the call of GOD to “Go and make disciples of all nations.”

Last December 4, 2012, Typhoon Pablo swept across Eastern Mindanao with flashfloods and whirlwind. God led the Batch 21 in three towns which were heavily damaged by the said typhoon last July 26- August 19,2013.
Each town had different kinds of stories and experiences. I’ll just give the highlights of the disaster. In Bagangga, they experienced heavy rain and strong winds which devastated the houses and business establishments. The other town, Cateel, flash floods and whirlwind destroyed the place and almost 300 people died. The storm has caused massive damage to infrastructure and agriculture, destroying large tracts of coconut and banana farms.
New Bataan is the last place of the exposure., more than 1000 people died and one of the residents said that their place was washed out by tsunami about 30ft high specifically in Brgy. Andab.
The team was in the right place and God used them mightily as vessels to wash away people’s traumas, brokenness and fear. The team continually pray for restoration. They were part of God’s answer to the needs of the people in the churches and community. To God be the glory for the privilege to serve.
